ROXUL® products are mineral wool fibre insulations made from basalt rock and steel slag. This combination results in a non-combustible product with a melting point of approximately 2150°F (1177°C), which gives it excellent fire resistance properties. ROXUL mineral wool is a water repellent yet vapour permeable material.
Roxul Plus Metal Building is a semi-rigid mineral wool insulation board that is light weight, water repellent, fire resistant and sound absorbent. This product is suited for applications requiring a degree of site durability and ease of installation. ROXUL PLUS is ideal for O.E.M. industries, acoustic assemblies, steel building insulation and mechanical equipment isolation and insulation. ROXUL PLUS' recommended application temperature is 232C (450F).

CavityRock® is a non-combustible, lightweight and water
repellent, semi-rigid insulation board, for use in cavity wall
applications. Specifically engineered for this application,
CavityRock’s low moisture absorption enables it to maintain Rvalue
and its mineral fibre structure allows for effective
drainage of water which penetrates the exterior wall. In
addition, because CavityRock is a non-combustible insulation,
installation of a fire stop is not required. The product is
compatible with most air/vapour barrier systems, adhesives
and wall ties.

RockBoard™ products are rigid mineral wool insulation
boards that are non-combustible, water repellent, fire resistant
and sound absorbent. These products are general all purpose
boards with low thermal conductivity. Superior compressive
resistance translates into excellent site durability. These boards
can also be fabricated to different dimensions while still
retaining fire, water and thermal properties.
Rockboard products come in four sizes, with each size carrying a different density. Below is a list of each size with its typical applications.

Technical Specifications
Made from non-combustible mineral wool, Roxul FireWall is manufactured
for use in commercial building applications on or near property lines
where a fire rating is required. FireWall 605 meets the fire resistance
rating requirement of 1 hour at zero lot line as specified in ULC Design
No. W605 and UL Design No. U654. FireWall 606 meets the fire resistance
rating of 2 hours at zero lot line as specified in ULC Design No. W606 and
UL Design No. U655.

The Roxul RHT products are non-combustible, semi-rigid mineral wool insulation boards that are lightweight and water repellent. They are non-combustible, water resistant and display an elevated service temperature. RHT insulation boards come in five different sizes: RHT 40, RHT 60, RHT 80, RHT 100, and RHT 150.

Roxul RW Flexible Blankets are industrial blankets made of stone wool insulation. They are available in different densities and dimensions and are designed for use where high temperatures and fire resistance are concerns. Such applications include O.E.M. industries, drying/oven equipment, petro-chemical, power generating plants, boilers, furnaces, towers and more. RW Blankets come in the sizes of RW 40, RW 60 and RW 80.
